Welcome to Kelsey's Thought BubbleI have made this site for my thoughts. Thoughts on movies, thoughts on books, thoughts on products, thoughts on life. Everyday we are bombarded with our own thoughts, you are never without them. Why not write them down? They may only be interesting to you, or they may be interesting to others. Sometimes it is just nice to write them down and put them out into the universe. I cannot help but wonder sometimes, "Am I the only one who thinks this?". I have decided to put my thoughts out there so that people who may think the same thing as me know they aren't the only one, that they also think something is stupid, silly or ridiculous. Here is what Wikipedia has to say about thought: The word comes from Old English þoht, geþoht, from stem of þencan "to conceive of in the mind, consider". In common language, the word to think covers numerous and diverse psychological activities. It often refer merely to the act of being conscious of something, especially if that thing is outside the immediate environment ("It made me think of my grandmother"). It is sometimes a synonym for "tending to believe," especially with less than full confidence ("I think that it will rain, but I am not sure"). At other times it denotes the degree of attentiveness ("I did it without thinking"). Many other mental activities--many of which may shade into each other--can be covered by the word, such as evaluating, imagining, planning, and remembering. As you see thoughts can cover a lot of territory. Which is kind of what I plan to do here. Thoughts about what I see, what I hear, what I believe, what I do. I hope you Enjoy, Kelsey |
